Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 18 August 2026
We want everyone to be able to use Lovadora. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, and we design with the European Accessibility Act and the UK Equality Act in mind.
What we do
- Keyboard-navigable interface, visible focus states and logical heading structure.
- Sufficient colour contrast for text and controls; no information conveyed by colour alone.
- Alt text on meaningful images; decorative images hidden from screen readers.
- Animations respect “reduce motion” settings; no flashing content.
- Forms with labels, error messages and clear instructions.
Known limitations
- Some third-party components (payment checkout, bot protection widget) are provided by partners and may not fully meet our standard.
- Photo content uploaded by members may lack descriptions.
Feedback
If anything is hard to use, tell us via the contact form and describe the page and the problem. We aim to reply within 5 business days and to fix genuine barriers quickly.
Enforcement
In the UK you may contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) if you are not happy with our response; in the EU, your national enforcement body.
