Terms of Service
Last updated: 17 August 2026
1. Who we are & acceptance of these Terms
The Lovadora website and services ("Lovadora", the "Service", "we", "us") are operated by [COMPANY NAME] Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number [NUMBER], with its registered office at [ADDRESS] (details to be completed before launch).
By creating an account, ticking the acceptance box at registration, or using the Service in any way, you enter into a binding agreement with us on these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, do not register and do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility — strictly 18+
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to create an account or use any part of the Service.
- You confirm your date of birth at registration and warrant that all information you provide is true, accurate and kept up to date.
- We may request age or identity verification at any time and may suspend an account until satisfactory verification is provided.
- Accounts found to belong to minors are terminated immediately and reported where required by law.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful in the place where you access it.
3. Nature of the Service — entertainment & system profiles
Lovadora is an online social entertainment and companionship service. You expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- The Service may include profiles created, operated and managed by us or by third parties engaged by us ("System Profiles"), used to enhance the entertainment experience, encourage conversation and support platform activity.
- Messages you exchange may be with, or assisted by, professional operators acting on behalf of System Profiles. Such operators may handle multiple profiles.
- System Profiles are for online entertainment only. No physical meeting is implied, promised or possible with a System Profile, and nothing on the Service is a promise of a date, relationship or meeting.
- The purpose of the coins you spend is the entertainment experience itself: conversation, flirtation and access to content. Fulfilment of that purpose is complete when the message is exchanged or the content unlocked.
This section is a core term of the agreement. If you do not accept it, you must not use the Service.
4. Coins, payments & billing
- Lovadora uses a prepaid virtual currency ("Coins"). Coins are required for certain actions, including sending messages and unlocking content. The current coin cost of an action is shown or applied at the moment of use and may change at any time.
- Coins are a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence — they are not money, earn no interest, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, resold or redeemed.
- All purchases are final. Because coins are digital content delivered immediately, you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal is lost on delivery, to the extent permitted by law. Refunds are provided only where required by mandatory law — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Free or promotional coins may be granted, adjusted or withdrawn at our discretion and expire when an account is closed.
- Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (for example CCBill or an equivalent PCI-DSS compliant processor). Their terms apply to the payment transaction. Your statement will show a discreet billing descriptor, which will be displayed at checkout.
- Chargebacks: raising a payment dispute without first contacting our support, or making a false dispute, is a material breach. We may suspend the account, remove remaining coins and recover costs reasonably incurred, and we may share transaction evidence with the payment provider and card schemes to contest illegitimate disputes.
- Unused coins are forfeited without compensation when an account is terminated for breach of these Terms.
5. Your account
- One account per person. Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We are not liable for loss caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
- We may refuse registration, or suspend or cancel a registration with immediate effect, for any reasonable purpose, including suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, chargeback abuse, or risk to other users or to the platform.
6. Acceptable use — prohibited conduct
You must not, and must not attempt to:
- upload or transmit content that is false, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene beyond the intended purpose of the Service, threatening, harassing, hateful, or that depicts or exploits any person under 18 (zero tolerance — reported to authorities);
- upload content depicting any real person without their verifiable consent;
- solicit money from, or send money to, other users; advertise commercial services; recruit users to other platforms;
- request or share personal contact details with operators, or attempt to arrange in-person meetings with System Profiles;
- use the Service for prostitution, human trafficking, money laundering or any unlawful purpose;
- scrape, harvest, index or copy any part of the Service; use bots or automated access; probe, damage or overload our infrastructure;
- reverse engineer the Service or circumvent any security or payment measure;
- store or redistribute content from the Service, including creator content, whether or not you paid to unlock it.
Breach of this section entitles us to suspend or terminate your account immediately, forfeit remaining coins, and, where appropriate, report the conduct to law enforcement.
7. Your content & licence
- You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, display, reproduce and moderate it for the purpose of operating the Service.
- You warrant that you own or control all rights in content you upload, that it is accurate where it states facts, and that it does not infringe any third party's rights.
- You indemnify us against claims arising from content you upload or from your breach of these Terms.
- We may remove any content at our discretion, with or without notice.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the Service other than user content — including photographs, profiles, text, branding, design and software — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to view and use the Service for private, non-commercial purposes. Any other use, including downloading, republishing or reselling content, requires our prior written consent.
9. Content removal & complaints
Anyone who believes content on the Service is illegal, infringing, or depicts them without consent may use our Content Removal & Complaints procedure. We acknowledge reports within 24 hours, resolve them within 7 days, and remove verified non-consensual content immediately. Disputes about depiction or consent are resolved by an independent neutral third party at our cost.
10. Service availability & changes
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Where reasonably possible we will give notice of material changes.
- We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the Service; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
11. Liability
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
- Subject to that, we are not liable for: loss of profits, business or opportunity; loss or corruption of data; indirect or consequential loss; or the conduct of any user of the Service.
- For free elements of the Service, we accept no liability for loss or damage of any kind. For paid elements, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
- Emotional expectations are not a basis for liability: the Service is entertainment, and Section 3 forms part of every interaction on it.
12. Termination
- You may close your account at any time in Settings → Deactivate Account.
- We may suspend or terminate your account as described in Sections 5 and 6.
- Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 3, 4, 7, 8, 11, 13) survive.
13. General & governing law
- If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remainder continues in full force.
- Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.
- You may not assign your rights under these Terms; we may assign ours to a successor of the business (see the Privacy Policy on changes of ownership).
- These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, save for any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
