Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

This policy supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to “consumer health data” as defined by the Washington My Health My Data Act, the Nevada Consumer Health Data Privacy Law, the Connecticut Data Privacy Act and similar laws. It applies to residents of those states and to anyone whose consumer health data we collect in those states.

1. What consumer health data we may collect

Lovadora is a social entertainment service, not a health service, and we do not ask for medical information. However, some information you choose to add to your profile could be considered consumer health data under these laws — for example: body measurements (height, weight), lifestyle choices you volunteer (drinking, smoking), or details you type in free-text fields (“About me”, messages). We collect this only because you choose to provide it.

2. Why we collect it and how we use it

• To display the profile details you chose to show, according to your visibility settings.
• To operate the Service (e.g., matching preferences you set).
• We do not use consumer health data for advertising, and we do not sell it.

3. Sources

Directly from you. We do not buy or infer health data from third parties.

4. Sharing

Only with our processors who host and secure the Service under contract (see Privacy Policy §5), and where required by law. We do not share consumer health data with advertisers or data brokers, and we never sell it.

5. Your rights

• Access what we hold, delete it, and withdraw consent — self-service in Settings → Your data (export / delete) and by editing or hiding profile fields; or by contacting us.
• We respond within 45 days (extendable once by 45 days where permitted). If we decline a request you may appeal by replying to our decision; we respond to appeals within 45 days.
• You will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

6. Geofencing

We do not use geofencing around any facility that provides health services.
