Intellectual Property & Copyright Policy

1. Our content
Lovadora, the Lovadora name and logo, the design of the Service, and all photos, text and media we publish are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trade-mark and other laws. You get a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service. You may not copy, screenshot for redistribution, scrape, download, sell, or otherwise exploit any content from the Service, including content you unlocked — unlocking grants a private viewing licence only.
2. Your content
You keep ownership of photos and text you upload. By uploading you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and transmit that content to operate the Service (including showing it to the people you chat with). You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
3. Copyright complaints (DMCA / notice-and-takedown)
If you believe content on Lovadora infringes your copyright, send a notice through the Complaints & Takedown form or e-mail, including: (a) identification of the work; (b) the URL or location of the infringing material; (c) your contact details; (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised; (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorised to act; and (f) your physical or electronic signature.
We remove or disable access to infringing material promptly, notify the uploader, and terminate accounts of repeat infringers. Uploaders may submit a counter-notice with the equivalent details; if we receive one we may restore the material after 10–14 business days unless the complainant informs us they have filed a court action.
4. Trade marks
“Lovadora” and our logo are our marks. Do not use them, or confusingly similar marks, without written permission.
5. Reporting other IP issues
Trade-mark, image-rights or other IP concerns: same channel as above. Include enough detail for us to identify the content and your rights.
