Safety & Community Information

Lovadora is an online entertainment service — conversations happen here, on the platform. Please read our Terms (Section 3) about the nature of the Service. These tips help you stay safe online.
Protect your money
- Lovadora will only ever charge you through the checkout on this site. Nobody legitimate will ask you to send money, gift cards, crypto or bank details in a chat.
- Be sceptical of anyone asking you to move the conversation to another app, or to “invest”.
- Set yourself a coin budget. Coin purchases are one-off — there are no subscriptions or auto-renewals.
Protect your identity
- Don't share your full name, address, workplace, or financial information.
- Use a photo that isn't reverse-searchable to your other social accounts if you value discretion.
- Your statement shows a discreet billing name.
Recognise scams
- Urgent emergencies, requests for money, links to other sites, or asking for your login are red flags — report them.
- We remove accounts that ask for money and we never contact you asking for your password.
Your controls
- Block or report from any conversation. Reports go to a human.
- Delete your account and data any time in Settings → Your data.
- Manage what shows on your profile with per-field visibility toggles in Settings.
If you need help
- Emergency: contact local emergency services.
- Fraud: UK — Action Fraud (actionfraud.police.uk, 0300 123 2040); US — FTC (reportfraud.ftc.gov); EU — your national consumer authority.
- Feeling low: Samaritans (UK) 116 123 · 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (US) · Lifeline (AU) 13 11 14.
